Vegan Hot Fudge Sundae Sauce

Ingredients:

1 cup 99% Dark Chocolate (Unsweetened & Broken into pieces.)

1 cup (2 Sticks) Vegan Buttery Sticks (Available at any Whole Foods or Health Food Store)

1 ½ cup Unsweetened Ghiradelli Cocoa Powder

1 cup Organic Light Agave Nectar(Available at any Whole Foods or Health Food Store)

1 cup Organic Unsweetened Soy Milk

1 cup Unsweetened MimicCreme Cream Substitute

In medium sized Non-Stick Sauce Pan, melt Dark Chocolate with Buttery Sticks. Stir constantly. Then whisk in Cocoa Powder until smooth. Set aside.

In separate Non-Stick Sauce Pan, mix Agave, Soy Milk. Add MimicCreme. Whisk constantly. Add Dark Chocolate mixture and continue to cook over low heat. Stir frequently until smooth and thick. Watch closely; the sauce cooks up quick. Store in covered, air-tight jar in refrigerator.
