December 15, 2011: MimicCreme soon to be available across Australia!! We have been working feverishly to get our products imported and distributed throughout Australia and finally it has been made a reality. We expect our Australian partners to pick up their first shipment in the next few days and that means that MimicCreme products should become available across the Australian continent in about two month's time. Thank you to all our loyal fans in Australia for your patience as we worked through this arrangement.

Those pesky, leaky pour spouts just had to go!
If they weren't popping off (which they almost always did) they were a pain to open and a sloppy mess to pour from. Enough. They're history! We now have move secure screw off/on caps that reseal tightly and make it a breeze to pour from.
In addition, all our regular creams as well as our coffee creamers are now available
in 16 oz. prisma cartons that are easier to hold and store. The smaller size makes it so much more convenient to use.
Plus, our Unsweetened Coffee Creamer has been reformulated to have a more uniform consistency and great new dairy-cream taste.

Healthy Top wins 2011 VegNews Best of Show Award
VegNews, America’s premier vegetarian lifestyle magazine, is pleased to announce Healthy Top whipping cream as one of the year’s hottest new vegetarian products at the nation’s largest natural products trade show, Expo West. Held March 11–13 in Anaheim, the magazine’s team of editors scoured the show for the best new vegetarian products and awarded just 12 companies top honors. This Best of Show Awards are the only one of its kind at the event that attracted 58,000 attendees and nearly 3,600 exhibitors.
Update: Just a reminder!! For stiffest whip, place our Healthy Top in the freezer for at least 1 hour and whip as cold as possible. (Of course, we don't expect you to whip a frozen brick! Yet, even frozen solid-- and then thawed to ice cream consistency--Healthy Top will whip beautifully!)
A variation in the level of naturally occurring oils contained in nut butters used in the Nov 17th production run of our Unsweetened Original Coffee Creamers has resulted in a product that is thicker than anticipated. We have worked feverishly to guarantee that future nut butters will have consistent oil-to-solids ratios to insure that our products are always uniform in flavor and texture.
To meet your desired thickness, just add water.
